Volunteers and contractors agree to abide by our policies, which require them to maintain your materials in accord with our Privacy Policy and dispose of them in accordance with our policies.

(a) change or alter the Indies Today Awards qualifications, rules and prizes at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion;
(b) accept or decline any review requests or other requests for service at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion;
(c) change, alter or delete any content on our site, including reviews, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion;
(d) either modify or discontinue the site, including any of the site’s features, at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right;
Indies Today is not responsible for any prize fulfillments offered by third-party partners or sponsors, including prizes offered for our annual awards contest.
5. Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any reason within seventy-two (72) hours of submitting your payment by providing a written request via email or our website’s contact form. Issuance of a refund waives all rights that you have to any products, services or information provided by Indies Today in your behalf. After the three (3) day refund threshold has passed, you waive any right to a refund unless Indies Today fails to provide you with the products or services that you purchased, within the parameters detailed on our website.
No refunds or second reviews will be provided for the following reasons:
(a) You do not agree with the rating or review that we provided;
(b) The review that we provided contains typographical or other errors;
(c) You did not win an award;
Indies Today will endeavor to provide an objective analysis of every book received, however, every analysis is subjective and may express the preferences and opinions of the reviewer or judge that considers your manuscript.
6. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us concerning the subject matter of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other documents, and any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document shall be null and void. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Indies Today to enforce or exercise any provision of these Terms and Conditions or related rights shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. This Terms and Conditions agreement is considered a legally binding contract between you and us.
